Educa is the largest event for the education and training sector in the Nordics! The event consists Nordic´s largest exhibition in field and high-quality lectures that are free of charge to visitors, organized by the Trade Union of Education (OAJ). The extensive exhibition will showcase the latest educational tools and technical solutions.
Educa has established itself as a key annual event in the education sector. Educa 2026 was visited by nearly 16,000 education and early childhood professionals. Visitors attend this fair to familiarize themselves with the latest products and services, and to attend seminars. The high-quality seminar programme will provide a comprehensive review of what’s happening in the education field and what the professionals are talking about right now. The event also features an international programme.

Educa’s programme of lectures meets the VESO in-service training criteria. The various modules in the programme are designed for different target groups. The event’s lecture programme is organised by the Trade Union of Education in collaboration with the Finnish National Agency for Education, Finlands Svenska Lärarförbund FSL (the Finnish Swedish teachers union), Suomen Rehtorit (Finnish principals), the Finnish Association of Educational Directors and Experts, the Teacher Student Union of Finland – SOOL, and educational teacher associations – Matemaattisten Aineiden Opettajien Liitto MAOL (the association for teachers of mathematical subjects), the Federation of Foreign Language Teachers in Finland SUKOL, the Association for Teachers of History and Social Studies in Finland, Biologian ja maantieteen opettajien liitto BMOL (the association for teachers of biology and geography), Suomen erityiskasvatuksen liitto (the association for Finnish special needs teachers), the Association of Craft Teachers, Luokanopettajaliitto (the association for class teachers), Kotitalousopettajien liitto (the association for home economics teachers), and Äidinkielenopettajain liitto ÄOL (the association for teachers of Finnish).

Exhibition space
Booking just an exhibition space (raw concrete floor). All necessary elements can be brought to the stand or ordered from Messukeskus. Fully designed and equipped stands are also available.

-Expostart € 670 + VAT (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors.

The rent for the stand does not include wall structures, electricity or furniture. The smallest rental space is 4 sq m. Value added tax is added to all prices. The organiser reserves the right to add fees to the prices, including after registration, if there are increases in tax rates and/or other official fees. The due date for the rent of the stand is 27 November 2026.

Stand package is an easy and cost-effective solution. Stand can be complemented into a functional entity with furniture and decorations that match to company’s look.

Stand package include:
- exhibition space (raw concrete floor)
- white walls and fascia made of a profile or standard structure
- fascia text or logo, both sides on corner stands (not included in stands with no fascia)
- carpet tiles (dark green, -red, -blue or -grey) or carpet roll (mottled grey, cardinal red, dark green, violet, turquoise, brown, fuchsia, white, yellow, black, grey, blue, red, green, beige, dark blue, graphite grey or orange)
- basic lighting (spotlights, one per metre, only on one wall in corner stands)
- constructing and dismantling, cleaning before the event
Please note that grey carpets are installed in case no other colour is picked. Changes and additions are charged separately.

Terms of participation
The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of The Finnish Fair Corporation and terms of participation.
- The invoice for participation is due 27 November 2026.
- Expostart € 670 (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, publicity and environmental fee)
- Any stand constructions exceeding 250 m are considered additional advertising space and are subject to an extra charge. Minimum charge is € 480.
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50% of the space rental.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee € 450 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
- An extra charge of € 25 is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- VAT will be added to all prices.
- We charge €10 + VAT for a paper invoice. + paper invoice supplement.
- Make sure to place your orders in time, as prices increase 40 days before the event.
